Ruth Carol Bryant

Ruth Carol Bryant, 72, of Fostoria, died Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.

She was born Aug. 28, 1940, in Charleston, W.Va., to Little Clark and Maude (Pritchard) Snell. She married Jack Bryant Oct. 8, 1959, in Toledo, and he survives in Fostoria.

She also is survived by a son, Paul (Jennifer) Bryant of Seville; two daughters, Teresa (Larry) Durst of Kansas and Cynthia (Wesley) House of Shelby, N.C.; two brothers, James Snell of Whitesburg, Ky., and Tracy Lee Jones of Fostoria; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Anna Jo Fields, Martha Lou Fields, Virginia Harris and Mary Jane Mullins; and brothers, Jack Snell and Robert Snell.

Her funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, with the Rev. Ben Martinez officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Kansas Cemetery, Kansas, Ohio.

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association or Bridge Hospice.
