A man was injured after he was shot in the leg early Wednesday morning outside of Viaduct Bar & Grill, 84 N. Washington St.

Detective Sgt. Jason Windsor of the Tiffin Police Department said Joseph J. Bradley, 22, of Marion, had been leaving the bar when he was shot in the leg.

According to Tiffin police reports, Bradley reported leaving the establishment through its Harrison Street door around closing time. He then heard arguing across the street, heard four to five gun shots and also saw muzzle flashes.

He walked to a residence where he called police at 3:24 a.m. According to reports, Bradley did not realize he had been shot until that time. An ambulance was then sent to the residence.

Windsor said Bradley suffered a non-life threatening wound and he was treated and released from the hospital.

He said Bradley did not know who was involved in the fight, and no other reports of gunshots were received by police early Wednesday morning.

According to reports, a vehicle in the area also had been shot.

Windsor said the incident remains under investigation.
