Seneca County commissioners are to meet today at 10 a.m. at the commissioners' office follwing a work session at 9:30 a.m.
During the meeting the board is to open bids for HSTS Watkins property.
In new business, the board is to consider:
A fund transfer of $400,792.22 to the Bond Retirement Fund.
A fund transfer of $44,000 to the Note Retirement Fund.
A resolution setting time, date and place to recieve sealed bids for a superstructure replacement.
A resolution authorizing the Fair Housing agreement with WSOS CAC Inc.
A resolution authorizing an agreement with Runz & Associates Inc. for a Tier I assesment of former underground storage tank system on behalf of the county engineer.
