The American Red Cross is offering a First Aid/CPR/AED course from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. April 27 at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library.
First Aid/CPR/AED courses teach participants how to perform CPR, use an AED, respond to a choking incident, and respond to emergencies until advanced medical help arrives.
The class also teaches best practices for controlling bleeding and responding to seizures and other sudden illnesses.
Each year, more than 5 million people learn how to save a life in American Red Cross training classes. Residents of Seneca County can join the ranks of these everyday heroes by taking a class.
Registration is required. Courses, times and location are subject to change.
