A Tiffin man was indicted this week on two separate cases charging him with felonious assault and unauthorized use of computer, cable or telecommunication property.
According to his indictments, Matthew M. Melick, 33, faces felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for allegedly causing serious physical harm to a man in November.
As a continuing course of conduct between April and November 2009, he also allegedly hacked into a computer server at Seneca Medical without the consent of the company. The unauthorized use of a computer, cable or telecommunication property charge is a fifth-degree felony.
Melick, is scheduled to appear in court Monday for arraignment.
