A Toledo man who was found sleeping in a stranger's bed last month on West Market Street has been charged with criminal trespass.
According to police documents, the charge against Isaac J. Douglas, 22, was filed Thursday in Tiffin Municipal Court.
A previous charge of burglary had been dismissed, according to records.
Douglas was arrested April 21 after a caller reported a man was sleeping in a bed at their residence. A woman knocked the man out of the bed and onto the floor. The man, who appeared to be intoxicated, then walked into a bathroom and out the front door.
He was arrested in the back yard of the residence.
