TIFFIN SAINTS: The Tiffin Saints semi-pro baseball team will welcome manager Bill Madlock with a dinner served by Reino's Aug. 30 at AMVETS at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $30. RACING: Lance Dewease dominated the University of Northwestern Ohio All Star Circuit of Champions race Wednesday at Fulton Speedway in Fulton, N.Y., leading all 30 laps. The win and Dale Blane's fifth in the race increased Dewease's lead in the UNOH All Star Eastern Region standings with three races left. Dewease now has 30 career UNOH All Star wins. Meanwhile, Stewart Frierson stormed from his No. 10 starting spot to take second, followed by Tim Shaffer and Danny Holtgraver.
