A woman was injured when her vehicle rolled in Eden Township Sunday afternoon.
Deputy Denny Wilkinson of Seneca County Sheriff's Office said Dollie V. Bigelow, 82, of Rushsylvania, was taken by Sycamore EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital after the accident on South SR 67. He said he did not believe her injuries were life-threatening.
Wilkinson said Bigelow's 2002 Ford Focus was southbound on SR 67. It appeared the vehicle drifted off the left side of the road, took out a mailbox, went across an open ditch with water, flipped and landed back on its wheels, he said.
He said he did not know what caused Bigelow's vehicle to drift. She was wearing a seatbelt, he said.
The accident was under investigation Sunday evening. No citations had been issued.
Sycamore Volunteer Fire Department personnel also responded to the accident. It was reported at 1:12 p.m. Sunday, according to the sheriff's office.
