Ronald L. Stevens, 56, of Republic, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2014, at The Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky.
He was born May 29, 1957, in Canton, to Francis Stevens and Helen (Bodine) Robel. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam.
He is survived by his mother, Helen (Bodine) Robel of Lakeside/Marblehead; wife, Debbie (Brown) Stevens; two sons, Tim (Cindy) Brown of Toledo and Ronnie Stevens of Republic; two daughters, Gayle (Joshua) Mault of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Amy (Tom) Lippert of Fremont; two sisters, Susan (Scott) Huskey of Port Clinton and Mary (Toby) Huebbe of Iowa; three brothers, Ted (Marty) Stevens of Brunswick, Eddie (Kathy) Stevens of Tiffin and Larry Stevens of Kentucky; and 14 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Francis Stevens, and sister, Cindy Hummell.
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at Foos Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy., Clyde.
His funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Clyde.
