Bond was set at $500,000 Tuesday for two men arrested in connection to an armed robbery reported Thursday in Fostoria.
According to court documents, Judge Mark Repp of Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court set bond Tuesday at $500,000 cash or surety for Dakota M. Sharninghouse, 19, who faces an aggravated robbery charge, a first-degree felony, and for Zackary T. Spires, 19, of Fostoria, who is charged with aiding and abetting to aggravated robbery, also a first-degree felony.
Sharninghouse, who is listed as a transient on court documents, allegedly robbed Circle K, 551 E. Lytle St., at gunpoint Thursday night. He took approximately $190 from the store. Spires served as the alleged get-away driver.
Both men were appointed attorneys Tuesday, according to court documents.
