Gregory E. Welter, 26, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to follow a truck route in the city limits following an accident Wednesday morning at the North Washington Street viaduct. According to the accident report, Welter's semi-truck struck the bridge with the top of its cargo box, causing minor damage to the truck roof and no damage to the bridge.

A son, James Michael Clyde Coursin. was born Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, to Sara Anne (Williams) and Chad Coursin. James weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces, and measured 22 inches long.
