Four people were transported to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon on West SR 18.
Trooper Mark Sorg of the State Highway Patrol said Jon Boucher, 39, of Tiffin, had been driving west on SR 18 near Bascom when he stopped in traffic and was rear-ended by another westbound vehicle driven by Clifford Seeley, 70, of Fostoria.
Two passengers in Boucher's vehicle, Kimberly Boucher, 37, and Brock Boucher, 14, both of Tiffin, were transported to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, Sorg said. Jon Boucher was not transported.

Seeley and a passenger in his vehicle, Karen Seeley, 50, of Fostoria, were transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital, Sorg said.
Clifford Seeley was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Sorg said all involved in the crash were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
According to reports from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, Bascom Joint Fire District, Bascom EMS, the Echo unit and Seneca County's EMS director responded to the crash, which was reported shortly after 3:30 p.m.
