Darrell Scott Moyer, 55, of Clyde, passed away at 11:20 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014, at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
Scott was born Dec. 4, 1958, in Sandusky, to Darrell A. and Dorothy Eileen (McConnell) Moyer. He married Deborah Hacker, and they later divorced. He then married Terri Kirby; they later divorced, and she survives in Clyde.
Survivors also include six children, Christopher Jenkins, Trinity Lynn (Ron) Miller and Amanda (Bryan) Hemenway, all of Bellevue, Timothy Feagles of Georgia, Jennifer Feagles of South Carolina and Samantha Moyer of Bellevue; eight grandchildren; three brothers, Dennis (Bobbie) Moyer of Sandusky, Kevin Moyer of Tennessee and Randy Moyer of Bucyrus; and two sisters, Martha (Rob) Lewis of Clyde and Tina (Timothy) Hill of Tennessee.
Scott worked as a repairman at Clyde Whirlpool for more than 30 years and attended Faith Memorial Church, Sandusky. He was a 1978 graduate of Columbian High School.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and a sister, Hope Elaine Moyer.
His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, 135 N. Washington St., Tiffin, with the Rev. Ken Hiser officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be 4-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
