Tornado sirens to sound Wednesday | Advertiser-Tribune Seneca County Emergency Management Agency Director John Spahr said the county is participating in the annual statewide tornado drill siren test Wednesday. At 9:50 a.m., all sirens in Seneca County, including Tiffin and Fostoria, will be activated for 3 minutes.
