H-L board to meet via Zoom BASCOM — The April regular meeting of the Hopewell-Loudon Board of Education scheduled for 6:30 p.m. April 8, has been moved to an online format using Zoom. Tiffin council to host virtual meeting Tiffin City Council is to meet at 7 p.m. April 6, 2020, via technology using Zoom. This virtual meeting begins at the new starting time established by Ordinance No. 20-4. To maintain maximum accessibility, the meeting will be recorded, archived and streamed live through Zoom. Residents can join the Zoom meeting by computer or mobile device at the following link, https://zoom.us/j/748224912. Residents can also download the Zoom meeting app and join with ID 748224912. Those who would prefer to call in and listen to the audio of the meeting can dial (312) 626-6799 and use the same ID. Council adapted this format under the provisions of Ohio House Bill 197, as amended, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting also will be archived and saved on the City of Tiffin website, www.tiffinohio.gov. Stemtown Historical Society postpones meeting GREEN SPRINGS — The April 7 meeting of the Stemtown Historical Society in Green Springs will be postponed due to the state's Coronavirus guidelines, a release from Stemtown Historical Society states. The group hopes to receive guidance from the governor before making a decision about the next meeting, currently set for May 5, it states.
