Tiffin native provides free counseling support during coronavirus pandemic

Lea Frank owner of Higher Ground Counseling Center would like to offer help to those in the community whose financial stability has been affected by the mandated closures of some of the area businesses. Beginning Monday through April 30, Frank will be offering a limited number of free, 30-45-minute counseling sessions per week. In an attempt to flatten the curve of the COVID-19, Higher Ground will be moving to telephone sessions only beginning Monday. Any individuals Interested in this free counseling opportunity will need to have access to a computer and printer in order to fill out the necessary paperwork and send it back (via a client portal or by scanning and sending back) before the counseling process can begin. Please note that there might be the need to cap the number of sessions per person if interest is high.
