Thomas, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday. • Jordan West, 19, of Strongsville, was charged with driving without a license Monday. • A 100-block Rebecca Street woman reported her dogs discovered a baggie of drugs in her back yard Monday evening. • A woman in the 100 block of Harrison Street reported Monday evening a fraudulent charge had been applied to her account. • A 100-block Lewis Street reported two people attempted to steal a part off of his car early Tuesday morning. • An employee of Circle K, 272 N. Burtch, 20, of Fremont, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic lane violation Monday. • Michael B. Haynes, 20, of Clyde, was charged with underage Monday. • Bradley S. Lenz, 65, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, open container, a traffic lane violation and speeding Monday. • Jennifer L. Smith, 38, of Bloomville, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday. • Amber J. Tellez, 37, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday. • Madison Young, 21, of Republic, was charged with open container Monday. Tiffin accidents • A citation of failure to yield on a left turn was issued after a two-vehicle accident near 2026 S. SR 100 Monday afternoon. Tiffin Fire Rescue Division transported one person to Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital from the scene. • A citation of improper left turn was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Miami Street and Ashwood Road Monday evening. • A two-vehicle accident was reported on South Sandusky Street Tuesday morning. County accidents • A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported on North Broadway Street, Green Springs, Monday afternoon. • A one-vehicle accident was reported on N. SR 53 Monday night. State Patrol • Jamie L. Rau, 37, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a traffic lane violation Monday. • Shannon M. Wilson, 41, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a traffic lane violation and seat belt-driver Monday. Fostoria accident • A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at North Countyline Street and Park Avenue Monday evening. Fire • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an unintentional smoke detector activation at Tiffin Developmental Center, 600 N. River Rd., Monday afternoon. • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an animal problem at 102 Cottage Ave. early Tuesday morning. • Bettsville fire, Kansas fire, Old Fort fire and Bascom EMS responded to an electrical fire at 505 David St., Bettsville, Tuesday morning.
