Beckford, 18, of New York, was charged with theft Monday afternoon. • A 200-block Hall Street woman reported Monday afternoon it appeared someone tried to break into the back door of her house. • A woman reported Monday afternoon her vehicle was scratched with a key in the parking lot of Great Clips, 1660 W. Market St. • A 200-block Hudson Street resident reported Tuesday morning the theft of a purse from a vehicle. • A first-block Jackson Street resident reported Tuesday morning a windshield was damaged overnight. • A 200-block Noble Street man reported Tuesday morning money was taken out of his banking account without his permission. County reports • Teri C. Coppler, 43, of Bascom, was charged with domestic violence Monday. • Olivia A. Page, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with fail to reinstate, no operator’s license and an equipment regulation violation Monday. • Angelique M. Hinojosa, 26, of North Baltimore, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday. • An assault was reported at Seneca County Justice Center, 103 E. Market St., Monday afternoon. • A 200-block Emma Street resident reported Monday evening damage to a yard. • A 1000-block South Brace Avenue woman reported Monday night a window was shot out by a BB gun. Fostoria reports • Marci R. Leisure, 34, of Fostoria, was charged with an operating a vehicle while intoxicated suspension Monday. • Jessica Dillingham, 41, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday. • Richard R. Nickens, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal damage Monday. • A 100-block West Rock Street man reported Tuesday morning his truck was scratched with a key. • A woman reported Tuesday afternoon the theft of a cellphone and damage to her vehicle. Tiffin accidents • A citation of improper lane change was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Wentz and Allen streets Monday evening. • A citation of improper backing was issued after an accident on Hall Street on Monday night. • A citation of improper lane change was issued after an accident involving a Rumpke truck and vehicle at West Perry and Center streets Tuesday morning. • A person reported Tuesday afternoon a Rumpke truck struck a guard rail post on Orange Street. County accident • Alexandra Clark of Tiffin was cited with assured clear distance after an accident on SR 100 on Aug. 30. State Patrol • An accident involving a van and bus was reported at East TR 163 and South TR 173 on Monday afternoon. Details were unavailable Tuesday evening. Fostoria accident • A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at West Fremont and North Countyline streets Monday afternoon. Fire • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 154 S. Washington St. on Tuesday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional. • Bascom fire and EMS, Kansas fire and the Echo unit were summoned for a grain truck on fire on SR 635 Tuesday afternoon. EMS • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had five squad runs Monday evening, two squad runs Monday night, one squad run early Tuesday morning and three squad runs Tuesday morning. • Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday morning.
