Lawsuit filed against Bascom business

A Findlay man has named a Bascom business in a lawsuit filed in Seneca County Common Pleas Court. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Travis Tiell against Deborah Tiell and Kit Tiell, members of Tiell FG Enterprises LLC, and Tiell FG Enterprises LLC of Bascom, according to court records. It alleges Travis Tiell is a member of Tiell FG Enterprises LLC, which has a place of business at 5941 W. Tiffin St. It states he is a member of good standing with the company, has not ceased to be a member and has not withdrawn from the company. The defendants caused Travis Tiell to be removed from the business premises by Seneca County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 7, according to the lawsuit. "As such, Plaintiff has been barred by Defendants actions, making it impossible for Plaintiff to carry on his duties and responsibilities of the Company," it states. A sheriff's office report shows a deputy was requested for an employee who had been asked to leave and was refusing to leave. A no-trespass notice was served. The lawsuit alleges Travis Tiell has been denied monetary draws, distribution, income and access to information about the status and financial condition of the business. Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff is to oversee the case.
