SR 18. • A first-block Warren Avenue man reported Tuesday afternoon his blood pressure cuff and glasses were destroyed by two women. • A person reported a theft Tuesday afternoon. County reports • Joy F. Trevino, 42, of Kansas, was charged with open container, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a traffic lanes violation and a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday. • Matthew R. Wilson, 19, of Wauseon, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday. • A person at CROSSWAEH, 3055 S. SR 100, reported Tuesday morning finding capsules with a white powder substance in them. • A 6000-block West CR 6 woman reported Tuesday morning damage to her vehicle. Fostoria reports • Ethan M.
