Gefeke, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with assault Friday afternoon. • A first-block North SR 101 woman reported a scam Friday afternoon. •A person at Hedges-Boyer Park, 491 Coe St., reported an equipment building at Vic Wurm Field had been broken into Friday night. • An assault was reported early Saturday morning. • An employee of Pit Stop, 321 E. Perry St., reported a gas drive-off Saturday morning. County report • A woman reported the concession stand at Meyers Park, 317 Stump Pike Road, had been broken into and everything in it was stolen Saturday morning. Fostoria reports • A Glenview Drive woman reported a person had been tampering with her outside garage door entry keypad Saturday morning. • A 300-block West South Street reported someone stole her laptop Saturday afternoon. Tiffin accident • Katelin E. Logan, 23, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on North Washington Street Friday morning. Fostoria accident • A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after an accident at East Jones Road and Main Street Friday afternoon. Fire • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to West Perry Street and Frost Parkway for steam that was mistaken for smoke Friday night. • Fostoria Fire Division responded to 450 N. Town St. early Saturday morning for smoke. The furnace overheated creating smoke but there was no fire. EMS • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had three squad runs Friday afternoon, one squad run Friday evening, two squad runs Friday night and two squad runs Saturday morning.
