David S. Terry

David S. Terry, 53, of Tiffin, passed away Thursday morning, June 22, 2017, at Mercy Health – St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo. He was born Nov. 11, 1963, in Tiffin, to Carl R. and Martha (Mann) Terry. He married Amber Opp May 28, 2000, and she survives. Survivors also include a son, Brandon Terry of Tiffin; a daughter, Haliee Stalsworth of New Riegel; a brother, Dan "Whiskey" Terry of Tiffin; and a grandson, Haydon. David graduated from Old Fort High School in 1982 before working at American Standard, Tiffin, and Geschwind Consignment, Carey, for many years. David attended and volunteered at Truth Baptist Church, Tiffin and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, spending time outdoors, watching sprint car races in Attica and time with his family. He was very caring, often helping anyone in need, and volunteered at The Salvation Army. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017, at Truth Baptist Church, 566 N. Washington St., Tiffin, OH 44883. His memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Jim Martin officiating. A dinner will follow at VFW Post 2858.
