Callahan, 30, of Tiffin, was charged with theft at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, early Friday morning. • Derrick J. Smith, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of marijuana early Friday morning. • Peter J. Haslinger, 42, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle impaired early Friday morning. • A person reported early Friday morning someone tried to get in a door and may have jammed the keyhole in the 600 block of South Sandusky Street. • Jason A. Kirian, 34, of Tiffin, was charged with driving under suspension Friday morning. • Theft of a trash tote was reported in the first block of Elmer Street Friday morning. • A gas drive-off was reported at Kroger, 790 W.
