Fostoria woman pleads guilty to drug charges

A woman pleaded guilty to drug charges during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley's courtroom Monday. Allisha Keckler of Fostoria pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies; and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor. The case was referred for a pre-sentence investigation and CROSSWAEH evaluation, and sentencing was set for April 19. The sentence recommendation is Keckler serve a three-year term of community control, complete a program at CROSSWAEH and undergo random drug and/or alcohol urinalysis. Keckler agreed to cooperate with Seneca County Prosecutor's Office in the case against Richard "Fred" Seaburn of Fostoria. Seaburn entered pleas of no contest with a consent to finding of guilty to charges of trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony, in one case and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possessing criminal tools, all fifth-degree felonies; and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor, in another case Feb. 24. Kelbley found him guilty. A Seneca County grand jury had specified the aggravated trafficking in drugs charge was committed in the vicinity of a child. The sentence recommendation is Seaburn be sentenced to three years in prison. It also includes a six-month license suspension and a $70 fine. Seaburn's sentencing is March 10. Seaburn and Keckler agreed to forfeit $450, cell phones and a stun gun.
