Dawson, 30, of Republic, was charged with theft Monday evening. • A person reported Monday evening a car was tearing up the lower level of Hedges-Boyer Park, 491 Coe St. • A 100-block Second Avenue woman reported Monday night her back door was broken in. • A first-block Schonhardt Street man reported Tuesday morning damage to his vehicle. • A 1000-block West Market Street resident reported Tuesday morning theft from a bank account. • A person from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported a shoplifter Tuesday afternoon. County reports • A 200-block East Tiffin Street woman reported Monday night items were stolen from her home. • A 400-block South Huron Street man reported Monday night his ex defecated on some legal documents and put them in his door. • Whitney C. Collins, 27, of Bloomville, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct Tuesday. • Nichole K. Dunn, 32, of Norwalk, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct Tuesday. • Robert W. Tiffin accident • A stop sign violation was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Bon Air Avenue and West Market Street Monday evening. • A citation of failure to control was issued after a vehicle struck a parked car on Union Street Tuesday morning. Fostoria accidents • Floyd A. Tucker, 52, of Fostoria, was cited with improper right turn after an accident at North Countyline Street and Culbertson Lane Sept. 23. • Sharon M. Zoeller, 60, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield – stop sign after an accident at West Fremont and North Vine streets Thursday evening. • Sidney J. Snowden, 73, of Fostoria, was cited with fictitious plates and a stop sign violation after an accident at North Vine and West North streets Thursday evening. • Imagene L. McClellan, 77, of Bloomdale, was cited with a red light violation after an accident at North Countyline and Jones streets Thursday evening. She and Sabrina M.L. Vargas, 20, of Fostoria, a passenger in a vehicle driven by Linda M. Salyers, 64, of Fostoria, were taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital. • April L.
