Trial starts over alleged assault | Advertiser-Tribune The trial for a Tiffin man accused of assaulting a woman started in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff's courtroom Monday. Huey L. Stancil, 29, is standing trial on a charge of domestic violence, a third-degree felony. Katie Chwalik testified Stancil had been living with her at 1548 S. SR 53, Lot 22, for about six months at the time of the alleged assault. She said she and Stancil, who was her boyfriend, had gotten into an argument May 2, and he accused her of cheating on him. "We fought over my cellphone," she said.
