Alfred J. 'Al' Hucke

Alfred J. “Al” Hucke, 79, of Lineville, Alabama, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016, at Clay County Hospital in Ashland, Alabama. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Hucke of Lineville; four sons, Joe (Carol) Hucke of Findlay, Michael (Connie) Hucke of Arlington, Dan Hucke of Clairmont, Florida, and Nick (Maggie) Hucke of Seabring, Florida; two daughters, Teresa (Billy) Jones of Clairmont, Florida, and Samantha (David) Kornegay of Carrollton, Georgia; two stepchildren, Clifton Carden and Melissa Pollard, both of Lineville, Alabama; three brothers, Richard C. (LaDonna) Hucke and Carl E. (Judy) Hucke, both of Carey, and Robert T. (Johni) Hucke of Lafayette, Georgia; 18 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Mr. Hucke was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas T. Hucke and Germaine V. Ruffing Hucke. His funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016, at Bellview Baptist Church, Lineville, Alabama, with Brother Wayne Adams and Brother Wade Price officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016, at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville, Alabama.
