A first-block Adams Street person reported someone tried to enter their house through the back door while they were gone Tuesday night. Reports state no entry was made. A person in the 200 block of Water Street reported graffiti Wednesday morning. An employee of Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported a TV and a sound bar were stolen Wednesday morning. Sophia A. Lima, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Wednesday. Suzanne M. Logsdon, 49, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday. Paige E. Brooks, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday. Nathan A. Tobolt, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday. County reports A 200-block North TR 21 person reported their back door was popped open and a TV and ceiling fan were stolen Tuesday night. A 1000-block West CR 61 person reported youths were trespassing on their property Tuesday night. A person in the 10000 block of West TR 41 reported they found a bag of what appeared to be marijuana Wednesday morning. A person near East CR 36 and South CR 13 reported a concrete flower urn was stolen from a grave site Wednesday afternoon. Jacqueline M. Gibson, 41, of Fostoria, was charged with theft Wednesday. Joseph R. McDonald, 51, of Findlay, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday. Jeremy A. Smith, 32, of Bellevue, was charged with criminal damaging Wednesday. Timothy Sturgill, 33, of Tiffin, was charged with violating a protection order Wednesday. Fostoria reports An employee of Certified Gas Station, 100 E. Lytle St., reported a gas drive-off of $14.36 Tuesday afternoon. A 100-block Perry Street woman reported her TV was stolen Tuesday afternoon. An employee of Circle K, 1245 N. Countyline St., reported a cellphone was stolen at the business Tuesday evening. A 300-block North Countyline Street woman reported her uncle was threatening and harassing her Tuesday evening. An 800-block Eastern Avenue person reported their lawn ornaments were stolen Tuesday night. Reports state multiple items were taken. A 600-block Broadway Street woman reported her boyfriend stole her wallet and wouldn’t give it back early Wednesday morning. A 600-block McDougal Street person reported they were harassed via Facebook Wednesday afternoon. Chalon J. Beatty, 43, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and menacing Wednesday. David S. Burke Jr., 56, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday. Tiffin accidents A two-vehicle accident was reported near West Market and Jackson streets Tuesday afternoon. A two-vehicle accident was reported in the 200 block of North Washington Street Wednesday morning. Fostoria accidents A two-vehicle accident was reported in the 700 block of Oaklawn Avenue Tuesday afternoon. A citation of marked lanes was issued after a two-vehicle accident near West Lytle and Kirk streets Tuesday afternoon. A person in the 500 block of West Fremont Street reported a person drove their vehicle into three cars Tuesday night. Reports state the driver of the vehicle had a medical issue that caused the crash. Reports state a citation of failure to control was issued. Further information was not available Wednesday night. A citation of failure to control was issued after a one-vehicle accident near East Center and South Town streets Tuesday night. Fire Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to 77 Greenfield St. for an unintentional smoke detector activation Tuesday afternoon. Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to 194 Heritage Drive for a carbon monoxide incident early Wednesday morning. EMS Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had three squad runs Tuesday afternoon, one squad run Tuesday evening, three squad runs Tuesday night, two squad runs early Wednesday morning and two squad runs Tuesday morning. Sycamore EMS and Sycamore fire assisted on a run Tuesday night. Clinton fire assisted on two runs Wednesday morning. Bascom EMS and Bascom fire had a squad run Tuesday night. North Central EMS and Old Fort fire had a squad run Wednesday afternoon.
