Woman charged with OVI for weekend crash | Advertiser-Tribune A Tiffin woman involved in a crash Saturday night was charged with OVI Wednesday. Samantha Leady, 26, drove a 2001 Buick off the side of SR 635, overcorrected and went into a ditch, said Sgt. Justin Powell of the Fremont Post of State Highway Patrol.  According to police records, Leady was cited Wednesday with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to control and failure to wear a seat belt. Leady was taken by Life Flight to Mercy Health – St. Vincent Medical Center after the cras.
