Barbara A. Mendoza | Advertiser-Tribune Barbara A. Mendoza, 70, of Upper Sandusky and formerly of Fostoria, died Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Riverside Hospital, Columbus. She was born March 19, 1946, in Fostoria, to the late Floyd and Marian (Lambert) Graves. She married Richard Mendoza, they later divorced and he survives in Fostoria. Also surviving are two sons, Eric (Heidi) Mendoza and Jeff (Amy) Mendoza both of Fostoria; five grandchildren; a brother, James (Phyllis) Graves; and a sister, Bonnie Graves of Fostoria.
