Fostoria man indicted | Advertiser-Tribune A Fostoria man was indicted by a Seneca County grand jury. Richard Seaburn, 46, was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possessing of criminal tools, all fifth-degree felonies; and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor, court records state.
