Man pleads guilty to several charges | Advertiser-Tribune A Tiffin man pleaded guilty to four charges in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff's courtroom Tuesday morning. Matthew P. Haubert, 26, pleaded guilty to charges of identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; and forgery, theft and receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies. Stephanie Reed, assistant Seneca County prosecutor, said Haubert opened credit cards in another man's name and used them. The victim is the landlord of Haubert's residence and previously lived there, she said.
