Man admits sex crimes with teens | Advertiser-Tribune A New York man pleaded guilty to sex crimes involving youths during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley's courtroom Tuesday. Axel C. Joseph, 19, of Brooklyn, pleaded guilty to one count of pandering obscenity involving a minor, a second-degree felony, and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, all fourth-degree felonies. Kelbley sentenced him to four years in prison on the second-degree felony and 11 months on each fourth-degree felon.
