A person reported Sunday evening finding needles near a location in the first block of Melissa Street. A man in the 300 block of Jefferson Street reported Sunday night someone spray-painted his garage. A 100-block Ohio Avenue resident reported early Monday morning ordering items from television that never had arrived. County reports North Central Electric Cooperative advised early Monday morning a tree was across TR 58. A 200-block State Street resident reported Monday morning cameras were vandalized again. A 2000-block West CR 38 man reported Monday afternoon the theft of a chain saw from his garage. County accident A man on East TR 8 reported Sunday afternoon he was hit on his bicycle by a dog. Fostoria accidents Gary W. Scherger, 70, of Findlay, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Findlay Street March 22. Roman M. Arana, 22, of Fostoria, was cited with a red light violation after an accident at North Countyline and West North streets Wednesday morning. The other driver, Vickie L. Hunker, 60, of Fostoria, was taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, and a passenger, Madison Nye, 9, of Fostoria, went to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.
