A 100-block Prospect Street woman reported a Time Warner Cable account was wrongly opened in her name Thursday evening. A 100-block Melmore Street man reported someone threw a drill bit through his window Thursday night. A first-block Jackson Street man reported he thought he purchased a bike that was stolen early Friday morning. A first-block Sycamore Street person reported their neighbor’s dog had been defecating in their yard Friday morning. County reports A 400-block Thomas Street woman reported a man entered her residence, stole her medicine and fled on foot early Friday morning. A 6000-block North TR 81 woman reported her pole light was hit and knocked over Friday morning. A 700-block East CR 20 person reported a van’s window was smashed Friday morning. Andrew J. Kimble, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with burglary, a fourth-degree felony, Friday. Richard C. Peace, 36, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, Friday. Timothy E. Wurm, 53, of Tiffin, was charged with open container Friday. Fostoria reports A 900-block North Main Street woman reported her friend was assaulted by her friend’s boyfriend Thursday night. The woman refused treatment from EMS personnel. A 1000-block Lincoln Avenue person reported someone got out of a car and started looking in the windows of a residence and looking in car windows in front of the residence early Friday morning. A citation of improper lane change was issued after a two-vehicle accident at East Market and South Washington streets Thursday night. A citation of improper backing was issued after a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of Melmore Street Friday morning. A two-vehicle accident was reported in the 200 block of West Perry Street Friday morning.
