Tiffin reports Bryan C. Martinez, 43, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-possession/abuse Tuesday evening. A person was taken into custody on a warrant after police received a 911 hangup call and a woman at Tiffin Motel, 315 W. Market St., advised her son was playing with her phone. Rebekah K. Santel, 18, of Cincinnati, was charged with underage possession/consumption early Wednesday morning. A follow-up drug investigation was conducted at New Housing Ohio, 366 Wentz St., Wednesday afternoon. Gary L. Tong, 57, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday. County reports Rene R. Escobar, 37, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence, possession of paraphernalia and drug possession Tuesday. Cody L. Sumner, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday. Robert B. Reese, 36, of Tiffin, was charged with littering Tuesday. A 3000-block East SR 18 resident reported fraud Tuesday evening. A person from Seneca East School, 13343 E. US 224, reported Wednesday afternoon a boy brought items into school that may have been stolen. The principal had them confiscated, a report states. Tyler L. Slemmer, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday. Fostoria reports Denise N. Brown, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and traffic control light Tuesday. Frederick L. Goins, 45, of Fostoria, was charged with open container Tuesday. Ashley E. Padgett, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with obstruction Tuesday. A 500-block North Union Street man reported Tuesday afternoon he thought his neighbors were stealing from his residence. A fight was reported at Fostoria Townhouses, 1200 Peeler Drive, Tuesday afternoon. Reuben L. Taylor, 22, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence and illegal restraint Wednesday. A 700-block Stinchcomb Drive resident reported Wednesday morning stolen medication. William R. Corbin Jr., 36, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday. State Patrol Colten L.
