Tiffin reports A 100-block South Washington Street person reported the smell of marijuana coming from a common area Thursday evening. A person in the 300 block of East Perry Street reported a person was shining a green laser light at passing cars Thursday night. Artania M. Gordon, 31, of Columbus, was charged with forgery and theft by deception Friday. County reports A person near North TR 79 and East TR 178 reported someone was cutting wood and taking it without permission Friday morning. Jennifer D. Frederick, 65, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, refusing a breath test, failure to turn and resisting arrest Friday. Fostoria report Cristina A. Edette, 19, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Friday. Tiffin accidents A two-vehicle accident was reported at West Market Street and Shaffer Park Drive Thursday afternoon. A two-vehicle accident was reported at Charlotte and South Monroe streets Thursday afternoon.
