Tiffin man arrested on sex charge | Advertiser-Tribune A Tiffin man was arrested on a sex charge after alleged inappropriate behavior involving a boy. Detective Shawn Vallery of Tiffin Police Department said Franklin Warnick, 65, was charged with gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. He was arrested and taken to Seneca County Jail Tuesday. A person had gone to the police station at 10:07 a.m. Tuesday to report alleged sexual abuse, according to a police report. Vallery said the alleged incident occurred at Warnick's residence at 225 Mohawk St., Apt.
