Man re-sentenced to 3 years in prison for Walmart arson | Advertiser-Tribune The man found guilty by a jury of setting a fire at Tiffin's Walmart appeared in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley's courtroom to be sentenced again Monday morning. Jarrod R. Pfeiffer, 22, of Tiffin, was found guilty in March of two counts of aggravated arson in connection to a fire at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, in September 2014. Kelbley initially sentenced him to three years in prison for the first-degree felony charge and two years in prison for the second-degree felony charge. He ordered them to be served concurrently.
