Man sentenced to 4 years in prison | Advertiser-Tribune A Kansas, Ohio, man pleaded guilty to an obscenity charge in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff's courtroom. Daniel Sprow, 46, pleaded guilty to pandering obscenity involving a minor, a second-degree felony, in a bill of information, court records state. Shuff sentenced him to four years in prison, court records state. Sprow faced up to eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine. He is to be classified as a Tier II sexual offender and must forfeit a Gateway computer and two hard drives, court records state.
