The Hesses | Advertiser-Tribune Aubrey and Pauline Hess celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary with a surprise family luncheon Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, at Fathead's Restaurant, Republic. The couple was married Sept. 19, 1970, at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria, by the Rev. Weibel. Aubrey is the son of the late Aubrey R. and Mary Elizabeth Hess Sr., and is retired. Pauline is the daughter of the late Marion and Agnes Frankart, and is employed at Calvert Catholic Schools.
