Three people allegedly ran, and two people were arrested. * A person was arrested after a first-block Scott Street resident reported Saturday afternoon a man cut through someone’s property, people exchanged words and the property owner allegedly went in the house and brought out a handgun. * A woman in the first block of South Douglas Street reported Saturday evening someone put hands on her daughter. * A person reported Saturday evening unauthorized people were messing with county garage equipment at a bridge replacement site in the 5000 block of East CR 6.
