Robert D. Keckler

Robert D. Keckler, 76, of Fostoria died Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo. He was born Sept. 14, 1938, in Fostoria, to Benjamin and Evelyn (Turner) Keckler. Survivors include three sons, Okey Keckler and Chris Keckler of North Carolina, and Lanny Keckler of Tiffin; three daughters, Angela Jenson of Wisconsin, Bobbi Keckler of Findlay and Tina Adams of Tennessee; three stepdaughters, Yvette Orians of Carey, Annette Talbott of Pataskla and Sherry Fleckner of Findlay; a brother, Mark Keckler of Indiana; and three sisters, Sharon Rumschlag, Ethel Hickle of Fostoria and Sheila Keckler of Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Misty Keckler; a brother, Ted Keckler; and two sisters, Iola Shank and Mary Bloom. Graveside services will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, 2015, at Fountain Cemetery in Fostoria with the Rev. Donald Goodwin officiating. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
