Tiffin reports Juanita M. Vargas, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with criminal treaspass and complicity Monday afternoon. Nikki M. Simpkins, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Monday afternoon. Troy S. Carter, 47, of Tiffin, was charged with theft early Tuesday morning. A person from New Housing Ohio, 366 Wentz St., reported Thursday afternoon a man inappropriately was touching female residents. An assault was reported in the 100 block of South Washington Street early Friday morning. A 200-block Clay Street resident reported Friday morning the theft of a vehicle. The vehicle was returned. A 200-block Gibson Street resident reported Friday morning the theft of an air compressor that had been pawned. A person reported Friday afternoon the theft of medication from the first block of Beechwood Drive. A 100-block St. Francis Ave. resident reported Friday afternoon the theft of a hub cap. Ryan A. Brown, 35, of Green Springs, was charged with littering. County reports Property damage was reported in the 200 block of South TR 113 Thursday afternoon. A person advised Friday afternoon a residence in the 3000 block of South SR 53 was broken into, and items were missing. A first-block East High Street man reported Friday afternoon a person was paid to fix his roof but never repaired it. Fostoria reports A 200-block East Crocker Street man reported Thursday afternoon his bicycle was stolen. A 500-block East North Street woman reported early Friday morning a suspicious man was knocking on her back door. While officers were enroute, a neighbor advised the man had a gun and was looking for people. It was under investigation. A 1000-block North Countyline Street woman reported early Friday morning her ex tried to gain entrance to her trailer, and when she would not let him in, he poured something on her vehicle. A woman reported a scam check Friday morning. Tiffin accident A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a non-injury accident on Clinton Avenue Friday afternoon. Fostoria accidents Steven W. Miller, 62, of Perrysburg, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at East Lytle and South Poplar streets Tuesday afternoon. A vehicle drove through the front window of Helping Hands Thrift Store, 1441 N. Countyline St., Friday morning. A trailer hitch on a vehicle struck a license plate of another vehicle on South Main Street Friday afternoon. EMS Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Thursday afternoon, one squad run Thursday night and one squad run early Friday morning. Clinton fire assisted early Friday morning. Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday morning.
