Singer/musician coming to revival of opera house | Advertiser-Tribune MELMORE— The Mohawk Historical Society cordially invites the public to attend a free concert in the historic 1910 Eden Town Hall in Melmore. At 7 p.m. Thursday, Dan Opperman takes to the stage. Opperman has performed with orchestras, small bands, piano accompanists and pre-recorded music. His vocal style includes those of Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin and Nat King Cole. His shows include jazz, pop, country and swing standards. Opperman has been a featured singer for the Zenobia Dixie Cats and the Johnny Knoor orchestr.
