Tiffin man charged with complicity, theft | Advertiser-Tribune A man was being held in Seneca County Jail Saturday night for his alleged roles in a robbery and theft. Devon T. Brockington, 30, of Tiffin, was arrested on a warrant for complicity, a second-degree felony, and also was charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony, according to law enforcement. Brockington was arrested at 315 W. Market St. at 10:03 p.m. Friday and was taken to Seneca County Jail, according to a Tiffin Police Department report. A Seneca County Jail spokesman said Saturday Brockington was being held without bond until he appears in court.
