Charlotte F. 'Snookie' Lucius | Advertiser-Tribune Charlotte F. "Snookie" Lucius, 76, of Burgoon, passed away Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 7, 2015, at her home surrounded by family. She was born Sept. 26, 1938, in Tiffin, to Charles F. and Beulah M. (Boltz) Shiley. On Feb. 25, 1958 she married Paul Lucius Sr. and he survives. Survivors also include two sons, Paul (Ann) Lucius Jr. of Tiffin and Patrick Lucius of Bettsville; three daughters, Sally Myers of Tiffin, Billie Jo (Steve) Garcia of Dickinson, Texas, and Charlene Mack of Sycamore; brother, Herman F.
