Tiffin man sentenced | Advertiser-Tribune A Tiffin man was given a 54-month prison sentence last week after he pleaded guilty to charges stemming from two separate cases. Matthew A. Hess, 37, was given the sentence by Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley after he pleaded guilty to charges of burglary, a third-degree felony, receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, according to court documents.
