Naomi 'Ruth' Cook | Advertiser-Tribune Naomi "Ruth" Cook, 66, of Fostoria, died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green. She was born March 8, 1948, in Toledo, to Alfonso and Pauline (Dieter) Wagner. She married Harold Cook Sept. 12, 1975, in Fostoria, and he survives. She also is survived by a son, Paul Miller of Kansas; four daughters, Kim Miller of Tiffin, Laura (Mike) Miller-Vitt of Fostoria, Dawn (Larry) Neal of Arlington and Laurie Clarkson of Delphos; a sister, Mary Cribbs of Wayne; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
