Bellevue Family Dentistry breaks ground at new location

BELLEVUE — Bellevue Family Dentistry has broken ground at its new location, 107 Progress Dr., Bellevue, off of Route 20.The dentistry, currently located at 450 Northwest St. in Bellevue, plans to move into a new facility, according to a release from Bellevue Family Dentistry. Dr. Nathan Prueter said the move is to better accommodate their growing practice."We're outgrowing our current location and felt that it was time for an upgrade," Prueter said in the release. "I believe that Bellevue and the surrounding communities deserve the highest level of care including a facility with updated technologies, ample parking and handicap accessibility."Bellevue Family Dentistry will occupy half of the 8,000 square foot medical professional building, the release states. There will be six finished operatories with room to grow, it states. Janotta & Herner is the design/build general contractor on this project. "Similar to the medical field, dentistry is constantly evolving with innovative technologies and procedures," Prueter said in the release. "The new office will allow us to grow and meet these ever-changing needs for years to come."Crescendo Healthcare Reality Advisors is working to secure additional medical professional tenants for the building, the release states."We see this project as a continuation of healthcare development and commercial investment in the area, joining recent projects by The Bellevue Hospital," Daniel Mayer, Principal of Crescendo Healthcare Reality Advisors, is quoted saying in the release. "We love that the design has been tailored to provide for the needs of the local community."The new location is to be more accessible and visible not only to the city of Bellevue but also to Clyde and surrounding areas, according to the release."At Bellevue Family Dentistry, we focus on a more individualized, patient-based approach, Prueter said in the release. "The staff genuinely cares about each and every person that walks through the door. We all strive to provide the highest level of care possible." Bellevue Family Dentistry plans to have a ribbon cutting and official moving date closer to the project's completion, according to the release.
